In E155, Cory Froc discusses real estate investing when things don’t go perfect. Cory has been in the game longer than most investors on this show which means he has a lot more perspective. Despite nearly declaring bankruptcy around 2010, Cory got himself back in the game in 2016 and has hit the ground running. He now focuses on St Catherines Ontario where he does duplex conversions and a development project that he’s working on the build stacked townhouses in a deep lot.
