In E031 Jon Schoeller gives an update on what he’s been up to since E014 back in April. Jon talks shop in this episode by breaking out the numbers on one of his recent deals where he and his wife earned 18,000 on their passive investment in his investment company in only 3.5 months. On the active side, Jon runs the company with his two partners as a full time job and is constantly putting winning deals together.
Between flipping over 100 properties, running a gym (that he owns), posting in social media, doing business consulting and fostering dogs, Jon has shown just what having systems and processes in place can do to help people achieve exceptional business results. As always, I enjoyed the episode with Jon and am looking forward to seeing his business grow!
