While Julius originally started by flipping lower priced properties, he’s more recently found his niche flipping high-end homes because he finds it easier to deal with the end buyers and easier to find the inventory to buy. Julius is new to the game but grew up in a real estate family. He’s hit the ground running and with a lot of enthusiasm working primarily in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Florida.
