In E231, Amy Leong and Ally Ballam, top performing realtors from Vancouver and investors in pre construction, discussed how they’ve changed their approach to investing and helping their clients by going international. Ally is investing in Arizona and getting her licence to practice real estate there. Amy is getting her licence as a realtor in Mexico and is presently investing in Cabo pre construction. Neither Amy nor Ally shy away from a challenge or the obstacles that exist when it comes to international investing. Regardless of this they’re putting deals with 12%+ cap rates together and getting results. This was a highly informative episode.
