Matt and Laura have been at it for a long time and rather than strive for the perfect BRRRR, they simply look for properties that they can add value to and that will be viable in the long term, going up in value with the market. As they make cash flow, they reinvest it into new properties and also occasionally use it for a personal indulgence, such as their pool.
