In E050, Jordan Campagnaro discusses the single largest and most successful (subjective, but I’ll say it) BRRRR deal ever discussed on this podcast. She bought a building for approximately $1,000,000, added $1,000,0000 in renovations and carrying costs and received an appraisal for $3,800,000, therefore creating 1.8 million in wealth. They’re in the process of refinancing it to pull all of their money back out and then some!
Jordan works in the mortgage finance field and is the co-host of 30 Minutes to Wealth which is aired on CHCH across Canada. She’s a wealth of information on top of being my favourite person!
